Overall in good condition. The gilt metal surfaces throughout with surface scratches, abrasions and surface dings consistent with age and use. There are some small scattered traces of green oxidation to the lower section of the base and top bowl, most likely from moisture exposure. There are traces of what appears to be a beige cream polish in some of the recessed contours of the base. One small screw is missing from the base plate, and there is a small hole on the underside of each foot, suggesting there may have been an additional foot pad or glide. One small screw which secures the top bowl to the base standard is missing. The interior of the bowl is heavily soiled and oxidized from prior use. The color of the bronze surface is more of a warm gilt brown and less yellow than seen in the catalogue illustration. A rare and very elegant form.
