Overall in very good condition. There are approximately 4-5 cracks to the glass tiles dispersed throughout the shade. The patinated bronze surfaces of the base show minimal gentle wear and rubbing, with some surface scratches and slightly heavier wear to the patina on the shade arms, riser, and socket cluster. The base patina is a deep brown heightened in shades of russet and green. One small screw is missing from the base plate. With period sockets, switches and drop finial. A strong example of the model with a striking and artful glass selection, particularly in the heavily rippled red glass articulating the poppy flowers and the vigorously mottled background glass. There is a lot of variation and subtlety to the glass, especially in the ranges of reds articulating the flowers, than seen in the catalogue illustration.
