Good condition. Work is lined and has been put on a new stretcher. Surface is slightly dirty with some visible drips of varnish which might respond well to cleaning. There are a few, very thin cracks of in the blue pigment in the upper right. Under UV light, there is a thin line of inpainting around many of the edges to cover frame abrasion. An area of thinness in gray door above the figure shows a number of small inpainted lines and strokes. These repairs have discolored over time and are slightly visible to the naked eye. Several other strokes of repair on the outside of the door frame to the right. There is a ½ inch line of inpainting on the right side of her lower back. These older repairs may benefit from the assessment of a conservator.
