Please note that this work is also dated 1998 on the upper right side. The assembly of the work is slightly loose at the joints, but the work appears to be in stable condition. There are some minor scuffs to the last three houses on the lowest row on the extreme right. The gold plating on the 6th row (from top to bottom) has begun to rub off on some of the houses. Overall, the work seems to be in very good condition.
