Condition
The work is in very good condition. It is signed on the surface of the base as well as signed, titled and dated on the base's verso. The surface of the Formica base appears slightly mottled but appears to be inherent to the material. As seen on the image in the catalogue, the lower left corner is slightly damaged. The surface of the base shows a 1 in. crack on that corner and the material along the right side of the corner has begun to come off. There is also another 1 in. crack on the lower edge by the same corner. The area where the metal elements attach to the base has accumulated some dust. There is also some minimal scuffing to the paint on the wire elements.
