Description
The navette-shaped pendant of pierced radiating design, centring on a cut-cornered step-cut emerald, within a frame millegrain-set with circular- and single-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum, accompanied by a later white gold chain, length approximately 550mm, unillustrated.
Condition
Chain stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Pendant tested as platinum. Emerald a medium light yellowish green, typical crystal inclusions, measuring approximately 12.7mm x 9.7mm x 5.3mm, estimated to weigh approximately 4.79 carats. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.50 - 2.70 carats, bright, lively stones throughout. Secure clasp to chain, safety catch to one side. Signs of little to normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
