Description

The first set with a circular dial applied with baton numerals, inset to a flexible yellow gold bracelet of mesh design, to a deployant buckle, dial signed Cartier, case numbered, bracelet with French assay and maker's marks; the second with a rectangular dial applied with Roman and baton numerals, highlighted with calibré-cut rubies, to an annular link and bracelet of snake linking, dial signed Hermès, movement signed Universal Genève, bracelet with French assay and indistinct maker's marks, together with another wristwatch, the rectangular dial applied with numeral indicators, to a black leather bracelet and a deployant buckle, numbered, French assay and maker's marks, unillustrated.

Condition

The Cartier wristwatch numbered 153756. Deployante buckle numbered 14736. Mechanical movement in running condition at time of cataloguing. Hermès watch: case numbered 15586 and signed Universal Genève. Unsigned watch: case numbered 65225, deployante buckle numbered 101169. Both with mechanical movement not in running condition at time of cataloguing. All three watches with abrasions, chips and scratches to the glass probably due to normal wear. Signs of wear to the gold consistent with wear and age. Unsigned watch with signs of extensive wear to the gold. In good condition.
