Designed as four carved jadeite plaques, each within a border decorated with blue enamel imitating lapis lazuli, alternating with octagonal carved agate links, between links set with buff-topped amethysts, highlighted with single- and circular-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum and gold,

Condition

Jadeite of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain jadeite of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of jadeite or ruby into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information. Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum and numbered 92042. Accompanied by a certificate of authentication from Mauboussin in Paris stating that the bracelet dates from 1928. Carved jadeite pale green colour with white mottling, well matched, one prong slightly bent. Blue enamel in good condition. Amethysts well matched, typical crystal inclusions (reaching surface on one stone). Accompanied by a fitted case. Traces of solder to reverse not visible when worn. Secure clasp, safety chain deficient. Minor scratches to metal commensurate with age and wear. In good condition.
