Composed of twenty two spheres of blue and pink oval and circular-cut sapphires, spaced by colourless similarly cut sapphire rondels, mounted in blackened gold and silver, signed MdV and numbered, length approximately 660mm.

Stamped 750 for gold and 925 for silver. Numbered 10746. Total blue sapphire weight stated to be 385.49 carats, variation in hues from light blue, purplish-blue to blue. Total pink sapphire weight stated to be 140.00 carats, total white sapphire weight stated to 19.50 carats, variation in hues and clarity. Scratches to metal otherwise in very good condition.
