Description

The centre set with a collet-set cushion-shaped diamond, the arms set with variously-cut rubies, sapphires and diamonds of yellow and brownish tints, accented with rose-cut diamonds and pearl drops, to a diamond-set trefoil surmount, fitted case signed Bulgari.

Condition

Ruby of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of jadeite or ruby into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information. Accompanied by SSEF report stating that the pearls are respectively white and slightly brownish grey colour. Skins with typical blemishes and medium to good lustre, the two smaller pearls with lavender overtones. Central diamond estimated to weigh approximately 2.20 carats, K-L colour, I clarity, as graded and gauged in the mount. The other large diamonds are estimated to weigh a total of approximately 5.30 carats, SI-I clarity. Small diamonds of decorative quality. Rubies and sapphires well matched, with typical inclusion noticeable under close inspection, few scratches and abrasions, one ruby with a significantly large chip. Scratches and tarnish to the metal commensurate with age and use. Signs of soldering to the trefoil surmount. Surmount probably a later addition. In good condition and well preserved.
