Condition
The panel support is cradled to the reverse and stable. The paint surface is clean and well preserved. To the naked eye it appears in good condition and the painter's characteristic brushstrokes are still evident. Inspection under UV light reveals two areas of retouching in the sky, as well as lower right and lower left. Some further scattered retouchings are present, mostly along the grain. Offered in a later wood and plaster frame with some minor knocks.
