Description

Condition
All nine paintings have been fairly recently cleaned and restored. All the boards are stable and undamaged except that of Clio which has a small dent lower right. there is a tiny loss centre right on that of Erato. All nine appear to be in excellent overall condition. No recent intervention at all is visible under ultra violet light. The varnish layer is still glossy and even and the paintings should not require further attention.
All nine paintings are offered in matching neoclassical style gilt wood frames with bead and lambs tongue moulding, all in very good condition.
