The copper support is stable and fairly flat. There are some isolated groupings of small losses, notably in the lowrr centre on the road, along the low wall to its right and along the left vertical margin. There is some retouching to the figures and pinpijtn retocubings in the sky. There is some wear to the entablature and a vertical scratch in the lower centre and another upper right. Overall the painting is quite well preserved but would benefit from a clean, removal of the old restorations.
