of cylindrical form with splayed base and faceted shaft engraved with an interlace of split and full palmettes, the neck decorated with calligraphic cartouches bordered by scrolling palmette vine, the base engraved with bands of scrolling floral vine and arcaded palmettes

the base with break and associated repair, minor nibbles to extremities and patination throughout, as viewed
