Description
- Gouche on Paper
Gouache heightened with gold on paper, laid down on a pink album page flecked with gold, depicting a a rider on horseback with a hawk resting on his right hand, elephants with canopied howdahs, horses and a hunting lodge in the background, the fringes of a lake to the foreground filled with lotus plants and swimming fish

Condition
In good overall condition, a few minor abrasions to the miniature edges, otherwise colours strong and gold bright, the album page margins with various stains and nibbles to the corners, as viewed.
