Sale: Villa Grisebach, 31st May 2008, lot 117
Purchased at the above sale by the present owner

Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down, attached to the mount at all four corners and at the centre of the left and right edges, floating in the mount. There are two tiny scratches with associated discolouration towards the upper left and upper right corner. Apart from some minor flattened creases, mainly to the upper right quadrant, some very light time staining to the extreme lower and right edges, probably due to previous mounting, and some slight undulation to the sheet, this work is in very good condition. Colours: The paper tone is much warmer and lighter in the original than in the printed catalogue.
