Condition
Work is in good condition. Canvas is lined. Tape is visible around edges. Surface retains a very thick impasto which is somewhat dirty. Minor cracks in thickest pigments. Remnants of glue in light pigments at upper left corner, possibly applied to address cracking there. Thick layer of varnish on surface, somewhat unevenly applied. Under UV light: varnish and glue fluoresce as do some original pigments. Small dots of possible inpainting at center of left edge and in dark pigments at upper left, otherwise fine.
