Executed on buff colored paper laid down on canvas. Paper is visible in a few places and appears time darkened. Surface has an uneven layer of varnish. Under UV light: strokes of inpainting at upper edges from previous frame abrasion. Two inch area of inpainting at center of upper left quadrant. A few strokes near lower left corner and several other scattered dots, otherwise fine. Works is in fairly good condition.
