Modelled as a carved fluorite frog carrying a little gold frog on its back, both enhanced with cabochon ruby eyes, to a gold and silver base, signed Webb.

Condition

Ruby of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Stamped 925 for silver and 18K 750 for gold. Rubies well matched in colour. Fluorite lively green to light green colour with whitish banding, typical crystal inclusions, some surface reaching, a few minor nicks and scratches. Traces of glue around smaller yellow gold frog. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with age, tarnish to the silver gilt base. In good condition.
