The ring centring on an oval ruby weighing approximately 6.50 carats, surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 2.80 carats; and a pair of matching ear clips, the rubies and diamonds altogether weighing approximately 9.30 and 5.00 carats respectively, ring guard fitting; mounted in 18 karat yellow gold. Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the ruby on ring is of medium dark, strong red colour, eye clean. Two rubies on earrings are slightly brighten tone, intense red colour, eye clean. Upon 10x loupe, there are a few natural inclusions and fingerprints in the stones and some are surface reaching, but generally not visible by naked eyes. Diamonds are about I to J colours, VVS to VS clarity. Condition: Karat gold classic mounts, show signs of minor wear and slight discolouration to the earclips, otherwise in very good condition.
