Condition
In addition to the print of this image at the Center for Creative Photography, Tucson, Conger locates prints of this image in the following institutions: Los Angeles County Museum of Art; University of California at Los Angeles; and a project print at Santa Cruz.
This photograph is on paper with a semi-glossy surface and mounted to thick off-white board. The photograph is essentially in excellent condition. When the print is examined in raking light, some light age-appropriate silvering can be seen in the dark areas – this is somewhat uneven on the right side of the image. The mount is somewhat soiled and age-darkened on the front and back.
This photograph is also illustrated in Form of Nude, p. 12
