Condition

Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is softer in the original with the background tending more to a light grey. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Un-stretched and mounted under glass, the canvas undulates slightly. There is a small media accretion below the centre of the lower right quadrant and two small 2cm light rub marks towards the upper right corner. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
