Condition

Canvas is not lined (a small patch on the reverse corresponds to upper left on the recto). SURFACE: in generally good condition; a bit of upper right corner is missing (canvas); abrasion along the edges from frame; dirty varnish--could use a cleaning UNDER UV an area of inpaint, about 4 by 8 in. at upper left in background (around and in front of the aforementioned patch)--looks like it's for a small horizontal tear--looks like it was overrestored
