Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is slightly richer and deeper in the original. The catalogue illustration fails to convey fully the full three dimensionality apparent in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There are a number of cracks along the grain of the wood throughout the sculpture, which appear to be characteristic to the ageing process of the material. A few of the pointed apices of the sculpture are slightly worn, and there are a couple of minute rub marks to the left side of the sculpture.
