The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is richer and deeper, with more prominent yellow undertones throughout the original. The catalogue illustration fails to convey fully the three-dimensionality of the relief elements apparent in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The ripped masking tape, losses and canvas discoloration are all original to the artist’s choice of material. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
