Condition

in generally good condition. Laid down to a somewhat acidic card, the sheet is time darkened. there are scattered fox marks mainly at upper right . The laying down was somewhat unevenly done and there are some creases along lower edge as a result. The paper is torn horizontally just under the black sheet, near center about 2 inches in length. There are a number of small tears near lower right corner and there are pinholes at all corners. scattered studio stains are original to the work. Some cracking in thickest pigments (mainly in the upper central striped element).
