Condition

Overall the work is in very good condition. Executed on cream wove paper laid down on paper. The sheet appears very slightly time-darkened. Hinged to a mount at both top corners of the verso of the backing sheet. Artist's pinholes are visible at each of the upper corners. There may be a faint and indistinct inscription in pencil just below the pen signature at lower right. There is a tiny loss at the extreme lower left corner and a small vertical crease to the extreme upper left corner. The sheet has been scored with a pencil and the grid lines are faintly visible below the pigment. The colors remain fresh and vibrant.
