Condition
The canvas has been lined and the surface paint retains a rich and textured impasto. Colors remain bright and fresh and the work is in very good condition overall. Under UV light: there appears to be a stroke of inpainting along the lower part of the extreme right edge, possibly to address prior frame abrasion. Additionally there appears to be one small stroke of inpainting at the lower left of the lower left quadrant. A thick layer of varnish is somewhat difficult to read through, but no other pigments fluoresce.
