Condition
This painting is unlined and well-stretched. Craquelure is present throughout the work. There appears to be a dent in the upper right quadrant. Minor paint loss is visible along the right edge. There are gray and blue smudge marks present along the upper and lower areas of right quadrant. Under ultraviolet inspection, the guitar and the pattern on the figure's shirt fluoresce; however, this is most likely due to the paint used by the artist. Areas of in-painting are visible in the neck and left forearm of the visible in addition to the left edge of the chair. Overall, this work is in very good condition.
