Description
- rubies, diamonds, yellow gold
Designed as a series of heart-shaped diamonds framed by circular-cut rubies, mounted in yellow gold, length approximately 180mm, French assay and maker's marks.
Condition
Ruby of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece contains ruby of Burmese origin and therefore cannot be imported into the US. Please contact the jewellery department for further information or see our Important Notices.
Stamped 750 for gold. French assay marks. Engraved R. 39.29 probably indicating the total ruby weight, with typical crystal inclusions, some visible to the naked eye, some surface reaching, few scratches and nicks. Overall well matched in colour. Rubies accompanied by CCIP report no. A42.003, dated April 18th, 1997, stating that the rubies are of Burmese origin. Also inscribed BC 15.72 probably indicating the diamond weight, for the most part H-I colour, VS-SI clarity (a few I's). Little signs of wear to the metal, minor scratches to gold. In good condition.
