Set with cabochon rubies weighing 54.91 carats, cabochon emeralds weighing 20.11 carats, and cabochon sapphires weighing 17.22 carats, accented by round diamonds weighing 28.95 carats, the pendant detachable with brooch fitting and retractable pendant loop, length of necklace 16 inches, the necklace signed Italy, the pendant-brooch signed Giovane. With signed box.
Condition
Rubies are deep purple red (deeper in color than indicated by the printed catalogue illustration). Sapphires are deep violetish blue of moderate saturation. Emeralds are medium bluish green. All colored stones are translucent and heavily included as typically found in cabochon material. Diamonds are approximately G to H color, VS-SI clarity. In good condition.
