The rectangular gold case applied with black enamel, the thumbpiece set with sugarloaf cabochon sapphires, gross weight approximately 129 dwts., signed Cartier, Paris Londres New York, numbered 01619, workshop marks, French assay marks.
Condition
Approximate dimensions (4¾ x 3¼ x ¼ inches). Enamel and gold with light surface scratches due to gentle wear. Gold with warm patina. In good condition. Interior fitted with a cigarette clip.
