Set with 264 round diamonds approximately G to I color, VS clarity. Also set with 9 cabochon rubies and 4 cabochon emeralds of medium colors and opaque clarities. The pearls are a creamy white hue with faint overtones of pink. Waxy to good luster and minor blemishing. In good condition overall.
