Designed as two flowerheads set with cushion-shaped sapphires weighing approximately 20.00 carats, accented by round rubies and round diamonds, size 6½, signed Van Cleef & Arpels.

The sapphires range from light violetish blue to medium blue, and are moderately to heavily included. Abrasions to facet junctions throughout and some small chips. The rubies are a deep brownish red color and are of good clarity. Diamonds are approximately H-I color and VS-SI clarity. One small diamond missing. Evidence of previous sizing, and some nicking to the shank. In fair to good condition overall.
