The oval dial with Roman numerals, framed by numerous old European-cut and single-cut diamonds, the bracelet composed of numerous seed pearls, manual movement, dial signed Cartier and numbered 7843, caseback numbered 15304 and 3217, clasp signed 164, French assay marks.
Condition
The dial has some spotting and a tiny nick is visible under magnification. There is a brownish area (possibly glue?) near the number 11. The diamonds are H-J color range and SI clarity predominantly. The diamonds around the dial are old European-cut and single-cut, the diamonds in the clasp are rose-cut. The seed pearl mesh is in good condition. There is an 18 karat gold deployant buckle with number 164 and French assay mark. The outside of the case also has an assay mark for platinum and is numbered 15304 and 3217. Manual movement, currently running and recently serviced. Movement signed Cartier Paris and numbered 15304. 19 jewels, 5 adjustments. The watch shows some signs of normal wear but is in good condition overall. Please see the important notice regarding the condition of watches on page 264 of the catalogue.
