Condition
The work is executed on a sheet of laid paper watermarked Michallet France. The sheet is sound and not laid down, but is adhered to the backing about the edges. The edges of the sheet are deckled. There are artist's pinholes in the corners.
The edges of the sheet are discoloured and there are specks of staining and foxing, mainly in the upper background.
Held in a gilt wood frame with a cream mount under glass.
