The original is a touch less yellow than it appears in the catalogue illustration. The canvas has been recently cleaned and relined. The paint surface is secure and in good condition if a little flattened. Inspection under UV light reveals some very minor scattered retouchings a handful of old restored damages, the largest of which is approx. 4 cm squared in the peaches lower left. Could hang now. Offered in gilt wood and plaster frame in fair condition.
