These unique large-format Polaroid prints are in generally excellent condition. In high raking light, scattered fingerprints and superficial surface scuffs are visible. The top and bottom margins are unevenly trimmed, as is customary with large-format Polaroid prints. On the reverse of the framed photograph are printing notations in black marker. 'Female in Bondage (Face Down on Floor) with Dominatrix' is reproduced in: Innovation/Imagination: 50 Years of Polaroid Photography (The Friends of Photography, 1999), p. 104 (this print) These photographs were acquired at Sotheby's New York on June 21 June 2010 in the sale of Photographs from the Polaroid Collection (Sale N08649, Lot 30).
