Condition
In addition to the print of this image in the Center for Creative Photography, Tucson, Conger locates prints in the following institutional collections: Huntington Library, San Marino; International Center of Photography at George Eastman House, Rochester; and Special Collections, University of California, Santa Cruz, this last a Project Print.
This print, on paper with a semi-glossy surface and mounted to thin off-white board, is in generally excellent condition. In high raking light, a few deposits of original retouching are visible.
The mount is darkened at the print's perimeter, and there is graphite offsetting from a modern mat. On the reverse of the mount, there are two rice paper hinge remnants along the upper edge, one of which partially obscures the last part of the negative number.
