the sticks and guards pierced with birds and flowers, painted with portraits of the Archduke Frederick, Duke of Teschen and his family, one signed H. Görner, verso with extensive quotations from Farmhaner and d'Annunzio, bordered with various Austrian Great War patriotic badges, a miniature poem Ode an das Letzke Kipfel, by Mathilde Gräfin Stubenberg, and a dried posy, all within a glazed satin covered wood frame

Condition

Fan in overall good condition. Loose satin on back of frame.
