Description
- gold, enamel, brass in leather case with silk lining
- Width 7.8cm, 3 1/16 in, with original morocco case and associated key
rectangular, the exterior enamelled in dark blue with neo-classical ornament on an engine-turned ground, the musical movement playing two tunes, maker's mark rubbed, further struck: 18K
Condition
The movement is unmarked: multi-tooth comb; two teeth broken and some teeth bent (probably the result of someone trying to change tunes while the music was playing).
