Condition
Although several works in the album inscribed MC have been removed, the works in both albums are on the whole in good condition.

Catalogue Note
One album has MC, the Duchesse de Berry's initials, inscribed in gilt bronze on the cover, and contains an inventory entitled 'Album du Duc della Grazia'. Both include watercolours and drawings in ink and pencil.
