Drypoint and etching, 1879-80, from the First Venice set, a very fine impression of the seventh (final) state, printed with atmospheric tone, signed in pencil with the butterfly on the tab and inscribed 'imp', published by the Fine Art Society, London, on simili Japan paper, framed

Condition

The print is in good condition, trimmed to the plate and with tab as intended by the artist. The sheet slightly waved and upper right hinge pressing through.
