Huang Gang's work pursues an ideal realm of Chinese aesthetic and can always express the common values of art of the world from its inner Chinese logic. Instead of just viewing a simple Chinese symbolic language in Huang's work, the viewer can see the stunning Chinese spirit and charm through the traditional Chinese objects and craftsmanship. Huang once said: "When one is creating art, one cannot expect to convey too many messages through it. Artists cannot answer all questions about art and we are lucky enough to just learn one small part of the art world that is truly valuable.
