- 18 karat gold, platinum, diamond, ruby, turquoise, coral, brooch
The stylized dragon perched atop an oval coral cabochon, the head, wings and tail set with numerous round diamonds weighing approximately 12.00 carats, the eye set with a round ruby, the body studded with turquoise cabochons and applied with green enamel, with pendant hook, two turquoises missing.
Condition
In overall good condition. Two turquoises missing as noted in the catalogue and minor enamel loss along the periphery. The round diamonds are approximately G to I color, VVS to VS clarity. The turquoise cabochons ranging from light blue to light slightly greenish blue. The coral is a pleasing medium "salmon" color with even color distribution to the front and minor mottling to the underside. The ruby is a richly saturated purplish red and lightly included. Fitted with a pendant hook. Bearing a significant heft, approximately 53 dwts.
