Centered by two carved sapphires of foliate design measuring approximately 11.50 by 10.50 mm and 11.19 by 10.30 mm, framed by numerous round and baguette diamonds weighing approximately 4.30 carats and calibré-cut sapphires, both clip-brooches signed Cartier, one numbered 4018856, the other number is obscured.

In very good condition. The carved sapphires are a bright, richly saturated, translucent medium-dark blue and the calibré-cut sapphires are similar color and well-matched. The diamonds are approximately F-H color, VS clarity. Each clip-brooch measures approximately 1 inch in length, accompanied by an undercarriage of a later date for wear as brooch.
