The brooch centered by an emerald-cut emerald framed and accented by diamonds and pearls within a gold openwork frame heightened in blue, red, green and black enamel, supporting a pear-shaped emerald and diamond drop and two pearl drops with similar enamelwork; the earrings centered by two emerald-cut emeralds, framed and accented by diamonds within a gold openwork frame heightened in blue, red, green and black enamel. With fitted box signed Garrard & Co. Ltd.

Condition

BROOCH: In good condition overall, with some slight enamel loss, discoloration to the gold, and evidence of solder on the reverse. Brooch contains 29 round and old-mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.60 carats, approximately I-J color, predominantly SI clarity. One emerald-cut emerald weighing approximately 1.25 carats, one pear-shaped emerald weighing approximately 1.20 carats, both a lively medium green color, moderately included with some chipping and abrading to the facet junctions. Pearls measure approximately 4.4 to 5.7 mm and exhibit a silvery white body color, with some light pinkish overtones, with some minor wrinkling and ringing. EARRINGS: with 32 round and old mine-cut diamonds weighing approximately .85 carat, near colorless and decorative in quality. Two emerald-cut emeralds weighing approximately 2.25 carats are a medium saturated bluish green, with some light abrading at the facet junctions. Both pieces have several scratch marks across the reverse.
