Condition
Manual winding movement running while cataloguing, however it is recommended to get service in the near future for accurate time keeping. Dial is nice and clean. Case and dial with minor surface scuffs from light wear only. Overall appears in very good condition. **The strap of this wristwatch is made from an endangered species, please refer to important notices for further information**.

In 2006, Patek Philippe launched ref.5565 in a limited edition of 300 pieces to celebrate the re-opening of the Patek Philippe salons on Rue du Rhone in Geneva; a view of the building is engraved on the case back. The model is based on the vintage ref.565 which also featured a two-piece case with faceted upper and screw-down case back.
