Manual winding movement running, perpetual calendar and chronograph function all in working order while cataloguing, however it is recommended to get service in the near future for accurate time keeping. Dial looks nice and clean. Case and buckle with scuffs from normal wear, slightly move visible scuffs on the bezel. Overall appears in good condition. The movement in the Datograph Perpetual, comprised of 556 parts, was newly created by A. Lange & Söhne with emphasis on precision engineering. The column-wheel chronograph featuring a fly-back function and jumping-minute register is ♕comprised of hand-adjusted levers to ensure a correct flow of power, the perpetual calendar is accurate until 2100, when it requires adjustment by only one day and the characteristic large double date jumps forward precisely at midnight. In addition the large calendar adjustment button to the band can only be activated when the crown♓ is pulled out. Although each a minor indication of the level of quality demanded by A. Lange & Söhne, the combination results in an exceptionally well-crafted precision instrument.
