Exectued on cream tracing paper, laid down on board. There is a loss to the upper left corner, a vertical 7cm long tear to the upper right corner, a 7cm long tear to the lower right corner, and small nicks and tears to all four extreme edges. There are some glue remnants to the centre of the extreme upper edge. There is a small t-shaped repaired tear to the centre of the upper right quadrant and a further very minor repaired tear to the figure's left thigh. The sheet is slightly time-stained and there is some surface dirt and handling marks in places. There are a few light scratches and surface variations, consistent with age and handling, and most of which are away from the image. Otherwise, this work is in overall good condition. Colours: Overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though the paper tone is less red in the original.
